Position: "Business Analyst"

Work format: Full-time, on-site

Work schedule: Monday-Friday

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00

Salary: In accordance with qualification

About the position:

We are looking for a "Business Analyst" who will provide analysis of business needs and requirements, their correct formulation, and effective communication with the technical team.

Main responsibilities:

• Collection and analysis of business requirements;

• Study of business processes and identification of improvement opportunities;

• Documenting functional and technical requirements;

• Preparation of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria;

• Close cooperation with the development team;

• Participation in the process of testing and implementing product and system changes;

• Translating the needs of various departments into technical requirements;

• Production of appropriate documentation for processes, requirements, and changes.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst position;

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or the technology sector;

• Experience in business process and requirements analysis;

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;

• Strong analytical and communication skills;

• Ability to cooperate effectively with technical teams;

• Good knowledge of the English language;

• Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
