Working hours: Full-time
Salary: 3500-5000$ Net
Number of openings: 1
We're looking for a Business Analyst to work together with the Product Manager on our new B2C iGaming brand targeting African markets. You will be the bridge between business needs and engineering execution: writing clear specs, digging into technical architecture, and making sure developers have everything they need to ship without guesswork.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly alongside the Product Manager to define priorities and refine product requirements from concept to delivery;
Write detailed, developer-ready specifications: user stories, acceptance criteria, data flows, edge cases, and API contracts;
Dive deep into technical architecture - understand how systems are built and ask the right questions before a line of code is written;
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the engineering team, translating strategy into buildable tasks;
Map and document player journeys, payment flows, bonus mechanics, and CRM triggers specific to African market requirements;
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and scope risks in proposed solutions and flag them before they become sprint blockers;
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and post-release reviews to ensure requirements are met and learnings captured.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a tech product company (iGaming, fintech, or payments are a strong advantage);
Proven ability to write detailed, unambiguous specifications - user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and API contracts that developers can act on without chasing you;
Solid technical depth: you understand how REST APIs, databases, event-driven systems, and third-party integrations work. You can read a Swagger doc and spot what's missing;
Comfortable talking to developers as peers, you speak their language, respect constraints, and know when to push back and when to defer;
Experience mapping complex business processes end-to-end: payment flows, KYC pipelines, bonus mechanics, or CRM automation;
Strong analytical mindset: when requirements are ambiguous, you ask the right questions, not most questions. Fluent English; Russian a plus.
