Position: "Business Development Manager"
Work format: On-site / Hybrid
Location: Tbilisi, Ninoshvili Street
Working hours: Full-time
Salary: 3500-5000$ Net

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to open new revenue channels and turn partnerships into measurable GGR. You'll own the deal pipeline end to end: from first contact to signed contract to live integration, across payments, traffic, content, and local distribution partners in Africa. This is not a relationship-management role. You'll negotiate, structure commercials, and ship deals that move the P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and own the partnership pipeline: PSPs, mobile money operators (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), media partners, and agent networks across Africa;
Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts that protect unit economics - you read a term sheet and know where the money leaks;
Run the full deal cycle: sourcing, due diligence, term sheets, legal coordination, integration handoff, and post-launch performance review;
Kill underperforming partnerships fast; double down on the ones that compound. You manage the portfolio, not just the pipeline;
Work directly with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Product to unblock and ship deals fast. No approval theatre.
Requirements:
2+ years of BizDev / partnerships experience in iGaming, fintech, or payments. Tier-3 market exposure is mandatory.
Track record of closed deals you can quantify: GGR contribution, partner volumes, deal count. We will ask for specifics.
Strong commercial instincts: you read a term sheet and know where the money leaks before you sign anything.
Network across African PSPs, mobile money operators (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and affiliate ecosystems.
Comfort with regulated environments: licensing, KYC/AML requirements, and local entity structures across African jurisdictions.
Fluent English; Russian a plus; French a strong plus given francophone African market coverage.
Willingness to travel across Africa frequently - this role has boots on the ground.
