Company "ILARIA" is seeking a “Brand Manager” for its partner company operating in the e-commerce sector and offering customers an online shopping platform.

Work Format: Full-time, on-site
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: 5,000 GEL (Net)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Brand Manager who will be responsible, on one hand, for brand development, positioning, and management of marketing campaigns, and on the other hand, for actively leading market and customer surveys/research initiatives. The role includes independently conducting research, identifying customer needs, and developing relevant offerings, as well as managing research agencies and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing the brand marketing strategy;
• Planning and managing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special offers;
• Supervising product positioning and communication messaging;
• Conducting regular analysis of competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior, as well as evaluating sales trends;
• Planning, controlling, and optimizing the marketing budget;
• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and providing regular reports to the Head of Marketing;
• Coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.);
• Conducting and organizing qualitative and quantitative research — both in terms of market analysis (Usage & Attitude studies, customer segmentation) and customer experience research (in-depth interviews and surveys for developing new offers);
• Actively collaborating cross-functionally with business developers, Product Owners, analysts, and product teams to support the achievement of business goals and KPIs;
• Generating recommendations for product adaptation and customer experience (CX) improvement when entering new markets;
• Identifying product growth opportunities across different markets.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing research;
• Advanced proficiency in English and Russian languages is mandatory;
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred;
• Strong market and consumer analytics skills;
• Experience in managing marketing project budgets;
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high level of responsibility;
• Detail-oriented with strong strategic and analytical thinking skills;
• Knowledge of modern marketing trends and tools.
