Position: "Brand Manager"

Work format: Full-time, on-site

Work schedule: Monday-Friday

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00

Salary: In accordance with qualification

About the position:

We are looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing the product development process - from identifying business needs to product planning and daily cooperation with the development team.

Key duties:

• Defining the product vision and development direction;

• Gathering, analysing, and prioritising business requirements;

• Managing the Product Backlog and preparing User Stories;

• Daily cooperation with the development team;

• Participating in the planning and improvement of product features;

• Taking into account customer and business needs;

• Monitoring product KPIs and analysing results;

• Participating in the planning and implementation of new features.

Qualification requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager position;

• Experience working in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or the technology sector;

• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

• Ability to bridge business and technical requirements;

• Strong analytical and communication skills;

• Good knowledge of the English language;

• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
