At ILARIA, our team of HR experts offers services essential for your organization’s success: HR outsourcing and recruitment, market research, and software solutions.

The Company "ILARIA" is looking for a “Head of Sales Department” for our partner company. This is a Ukrainian-Georgian joint project that creates its own consumer brands and is entering the Georgian market with premium-quality cosmetic products.

Position: “Head of Sales Department”

Work Format: Remote

Reporting to: Sales Director

Working Schedule: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Compensation: First month – USD 1,000 (NET), followed by a fixed salary + bonus system

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented “Head of Sales” who will ensure the brand’s effective market entry and the development of sales channels. The position includes building and managing a local sales team. Fluency in Russian is required, as the management team is Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the sales department based on the company’s already tested and proven model;

  • Implement the sales strategy and achieve the established monthly/quarterly targets;

  • Select, hire, manage, and motivate the sales managers’ team from the very first month of operation;

  • Monitor phone calls and control service quality;

  • Monitor KPIs: conversions, confirmations, buyouts, and upsell performance;

  • Write and improve sales scripts;

  • Continuously monitor sales quality and optimize processes;

  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities on an ongoing basis;

  • Monitor sales results and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 1–2 years in a managerial/leadership role (preferably in cosmetics, the beauty industry, or the FMCG sector);

  • Experience in upselling/cross-selling;

  • Experience in team management and building sales teams;

  • Fluency in Georgian and Russian is required (for communication with Ukrainian management);

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills;

  • Experience working remotely, with a high level of self-organization and discipline;

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and increasing sales.
