The company "ILARIA" is looking for a "Sales Director" for a partner company.
Position: "Sales Director"
Work format: Full-time, on-site
Work schedule: Monday-Friday
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Salary: 4000 – 5000 GEL + competitive bonus
Sector: Retail and corporate trade of renovation materials

We are looking for a results-oriented, driven Sales Director with commercial management experience, who will ensure the development of sales strategy, revenue growth and effective management of the sales team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Development
Developing and implementing sales strategy;
Defining sales plans, targets, and budget;
Managing the process of attracting new clients and partners;
Making commercial decisions based on market and competitor analysis.
Sales Management
Constant monitoring and analysis of sales performance;
Evaluating and developing the effectiveness of sales channels;
Managing relationships with large corporate clients;
Standardizing and improving sales processes.
Team Management
Leading, evaluating, and developing the sales team;
Defining KPIs and monitoring performance;
Creating employee motivation and a results-oriented environment.
Qualification requirements and required skills:
Higher education in business administration, finance, economics, marketing or related field;
Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
At least 5 years of experience in sales, including in a managerial position;
Experience in B2B and retail sales management;
Strong negotiation and commercial relationship management skills;
Analytical thinking and results orientation;
High level knowledge of ERP, CRM and Microsoft Excel;
Strong leadership, strategic and analytical thinking.
