The company "ILARIA" is looking for a "Graphic Designer" for a partner company.

Position: "Graphic Designer"

Work format: Full-time, on-site 

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00 

Number of vacant positions: 1 

Main duties and responsibilities: 

Development of creative and visual concepts 

• Developing creative and visual concepts for the company; 

• Developing the brand's visual identity and maintaining its standards across all communication channels; 

• Planning and executing the visual direction of campaigns; 

• Initiating own ideas and proposing creative design solutions. 

Creation of design materials:

• Designing digital and print materials; 

• Preparing visual materials for social media, advertising campaigns, the website, and other communication channels; 

• Adapting visual concepts for various formats and communication channels; 

• Applying basic/general knowledge of web design as needed. 

Project management and team collaboration:

• Independently managing design projects - from receiving the brief to delivering the final file; 

• Collaborating effectively with various departments, the creative team, the marketing team, and clients; 

• Participating in shaping text and visual material into a unified communication concept; 

• Working on multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting set deadlines. 

Quality control and presentation of design solutions:

• Controlling design quality and ensuring the final result complies with brand standards; 

• Preparing presentations when necessary; 

• Presenting one's design solutions and visual concepts with argumented reasoning. 

Monitoring trends and the industry: 

• Constantly monitoring current design trends, modern technologies, and industry news; 

• Exploring new visual approaches and tools, and working on their implementation. 

Qualification requirements and required skills: 

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and experience working on various types of projects; 

• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; 

• Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, or other relevant tools will be considered an additional advantage; 

• Strong composition and typography skills; 

• Good perception of colour and visual hierarchy; 

• Attention to detail and visual accuracy; 

• Ability to translate a brand concept consistently across various formats and communication channels; 

• Ability to think creatively and conceptually; 

• Ability to initiate own ideas and creative solutions along with executing given tasks; 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and define priorities correctly; 

• Meeting set deadlines without compromising quality; 

• Basic/general knowledge of web design.
