Work Format: Full-time, On-site
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: 15,000 GEL (NET)

Position Overview:
The Commercial Director is responsible for developing the company's commercial strategy, managing sales, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The role focuses on developing E-commerce sales channels, increasing online revenue, and managing commercial operations aimed at improving the digital customer experience. This role is crucial for strengthening the company's market position and ensuring long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing the E-commerce sales strategy and monitoring its execution;
Analyzing the market and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities;
Managing the sales team, defining KPIs, and monitoring performance;
Managing and developing relationships with key accounts and strategic partners;
Developing sales channels and expanding into new markets;
Defining pricing policies, commercial terms, and offers;
Managing contracts, negotiations, and key commercial agreements;
Identifying revenue growth and upselling/cross-selling opportunities;
Preparing reports, analytical dashboards, and forecasts for management;
Collaborating closely with marketing and logistics teams to streamline end-to-end E-commerce processes;
Planning prices, promotions, and commercial offers tailored to E-commerce specifics;
Managing customer retention and repeat sales growth strategies.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Higher education (Business Administration or a related field);
Proficiency in English and Russian languages at a high level;
At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Director, Sales Director, or in a similar leadership role;
Proven experience in E-commerce, online sales, or digital channel management;
Experience in managing and motivating sales teams;
Proven track record of data-driven decision-making (sales analytics, dashboards, KPIs);
Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to deeply evaluate and plan business processes;
High competence in effective communication and negotiation at various levels;
Ability to evaluate the efficiency of online sales processes and analyze digital customer behavior;
Practical experience in effectively using MS Office and CRM systems.
