The company "ILARIA" is looking for a "Customer Support Specialist" for a partner company.

Position: "Customer Support Specialist"

Work Format: Remote 

Work Schedule: Shift-based 

Salary: Fixed 1000 GEL + Bonus 

Number of vacant positions: 5 

Key Functions and Responsibilities: 

Customer Support 

  • Receiving and processing customer requests via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels; 

  • Providing timely, accurate, and professional answers to customer questions; 

  • Identifying and effectively resolving customers' technical and operational issues; 

  • If necessary, redirecting issues to relevant departments and monitoring the process until final resolution; 

  • Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. 

Operational Support 

  • Managing issues related to payments, transactions, and electronic wallet operations; 

  • Verifying customer account information in accordance with the company's internal procedures; 

  • Recording and documenting incidents and customer inquiries in the system;

  • Identifying recurring problems and proposing initiatives for process improvement. 

Communication and Collaboration

  • Effective collaboration with various departments of the company; 

  • Collecting customer feedback and providing relevant recommendations; 

  • Active participation in processes to improve the company's service quality. 

Qualification Requirements: 

  • Experience working in the field of customer service or support will be considered an advantage; 

  • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; 

  • Knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage;

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office programmes; 

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • High sense of responsibility; 

  • Attention to detail; 

  • Problem analysis and effective decision-making skills; 

  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and manage priorities; 

  • Teamwork skills and customer-oriented approach.
