The company ILARIA is looking for experienced customs brokers for a partner company involved in the implementation of the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS). The system represents a modern, electronic tool used by EU and Common Transit Convention (CTC) member states for the effective management and traceability of transit goods. This system simplifies customs procedures, ensures the safety of goods, and minimises delays through real-time traceability of goods. The system facilitates data exchange between customs authorities, simplifies cross-border transactions, and is essential for international trade.

Position: "Partner Communications Specialist"

Work Location: Tbilisi

Working Hours: Monday-Sunday 09:00–18:00; 10:00-18:00; 12:00-21:00 (five days a week, 40-hour work schedule)

Remuneration: 2000 GEL (Net)

Proficiency in Turkish and Russian languages is an essential requirement for negotiations with partners.

Job Description:

• Communicating with partner companies in Russian and Turkish languages to clarify information and obtain necessary documentation, including carrying out written and verbal communication;

• Receiving and processing documentation to be uploaded into the Transit System (NCTS);

• Requesting additional documentation in case of incomplete information;

• Registering applications;

• Calculating the guarantee amount and presenting the guarantee in accordance with the Instruction on Guarantees approved by Order No. 257 of the Minister of Finance of Georgia dated 29 August 2019 (Annex No. 4);

• Creating a transit declaration (T1) in the "Transit System (NCTS)" according to the documentation, specifically: filling in data, registration in accordance with the Instruction on "Customs Formalities for Carrying Out the Common Transit Procedure Using the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS)" approved by Order No. 257 of the Minister of Finance of Georgia dated 29 August 2019 (Annex No. 20);

• Storing uploaded and completed documentation in both electronic and physical formats (according to the respective companies).

Documenting Results and Reporting

• Checking the deadlines and amounts for declaring the submitted documents;

• Checking the correctness of the completed declaration;

• Compiling detailed reports on identified violations and context;

• Archiving documentation and submitting it to the relevant services;

• Cooperating with various state structures/services as required.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of law, economics, or administration);

• Proficiency in Turkish and Russian languages is required;

• 2 years of work experience in the direction of control of goods/vehicles moved across the customs territory;

• Experience working in "ASYCUDA", "ORACLE" or "eDocument" is preferred;

• Knowledge of office computer programs;

• Knowledge of customs legislation.
