The company "ILARIA" is looking for a "Branch Manager" for a partner company.

Position: "Branch Manager"

Work format: Full-time, on-site 

Work schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours; 

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00 

Salary: 2000 – 2500 GEL

Sector: Retail and corporate trade of renovation materials 

Number of vacant positions: 1 

We are looking for an organised, responsible, and results-oriented Branch Manager who will ensure the efficient operation of the retail outlet, fulfilment of sales targets, and maintenance of high-quality service standards. 

Key functions and responsibilities: 

Operational Management of the Store 

• Organising and controlling the daily activities of the store; 

• Ensuring the fulfilment of the sales plan; 

• Efficient management of the sales area and control of proper product display; 

• Management of inventory, orders, and coordination with the warehouse. 

Sales and Service 

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service; 

• Monitoring sales performance and working on improvement; 

• Analysing customer feedback and responding accordingly. 

Team Management 

• Organising the workflow of store staff; 

• Evaluation, motivation, and development of employees; 

• Controlling labour discipline and compliance with company standards. 

Qualification requirements and required skills: 

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the retail sector, including in a managerial position; 

• Knowledge of sales and customer service processes; 

• Experience in inventory and warehouse operations management; 

• Strong organisational and communication skills; 

• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team; 

• Knowledge of office programmes.
