Company "ILARIA" is looking for Sales Consultants for a partner company that is the official representative in Georgia of leading premium brands in the global fashion industry.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are well acquainted with the specifics of retail in the fashion industry and who also uphold high service standards. People whose field of interest is fashion and who wish to develop in this direction. They are knowledgeable about luxury-class European and American brands and follow international fashion weeks and seasonal trends.
Position: Sales Consultant
Location: Tbilisi, Rustavi
Work format: Full-time
Work schedule: 5 days a week
Salary: 1200 GEL NET + bonus
Number of vacant positions: 8

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Providing customers with qualified service and consultation in accordance with in-store standards;

• Visual presentation of the collections displayed in the store and placement within the store space in line with the brand concept ;

• Organising products and maintaining the store’s visual appearance;

• Effectively offering products to customers and supporting sales growth;

• Involvement in the store’s daily operations.

Experience, education and skills:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fashion retail is required;

• Possession of high service standards;

• Interest in the fashion industry, knowledge of global trends and luxury-class brands;

• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language. Knowledge of English/other foreign languages will be considered an advantage;

• A strong sense of responsibility;

• Customer and service orientation;

• Energetic and communicative.
