Company „ILARIA” is looking for a “Growth Marketer” for its partner company “Growt’s Hunters”.

Position: “Growth Marketer”

Work format: Monday-Friday; first 3 months on-site, then hybrid after 3 months.

Working hours: 11:00 – 19:00

Salary: 2000 - 3000 + bonus

Workplace: Vake, Mosashvili St.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Identifying new business opportunities for partner companies, developing growth strategies and implementing them effectively;

Sharing content and required materials with partners, managing the approval process, receiving feedback and disseminating information promptly within the internal team;

Analysing and optimising the effectiveness of marketing campaigns together with the team, as well as delegating tasks and monitoring their completion;

Preparing monthly content posting calendars and ensuring constant, effective communication with the team regarding each project;

Planning and organising shoots and overseeing the process; attending shoots with the videographer if necessary;

Preparing contracts for new partners, renewing them for existing partners where necessary, and providing the relevant information promptly;

Within your competence, carrying out other additional tasks related to the position.

Education, experience and skills

At least 1 year of experience in managing marketing projects;

Experience working with LLM models (effective use of prompts);

Experience in managing construction-related projects would be desirable;

Organised, detail-oriented and able to respond quickly;

Experience in effective time management and working in a multi-project environment;

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;

Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
