The company "ILARIA" is seeking a "Helpdesk Support Specialist" for a partner company, who will be responsible for the efficient management of customer technical issues, initial problem diagnosis, and timely resolution.

Position: "Helpdesk Support Specialist"

Work Format: Full-time, on-site

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday

Number of Vacancies: 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, register, and clarify incoming customer issues and problems;

  • Communicate with customers throughout the entire problem resolution process;

  • Perform initial diagnosis and analysis of technical issues;

  • Independently resolve common and standard issues at the first level of support;

  • Create tickets when necessary and escalate issues to the appropriate teams;

  • Monitor ticket status and control the process until final resolution;

  • Provide users with consultation and support regarding system usage-related issues.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with users in a polite and effective manner;

  • Knowledge of Georgian, Russian, and English languages;

  • Basic understanding of web application functionality;

  • Ability to use browser Developer Tools for initial diagnostics;

  • Experience with ticket management systems or ability to learn them quickly;

  • High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;

  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Advantages:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or system log analysis;

  • Knowledge of the Turkish language;

  • Experience in helpdesk, technical support, or web product support roles.
