Company "ILARIA" is looking for a Lead Account Manager for a partner company. 

Position: Lead Account Manager
Work format: full-time, on-site
Work schedule: Monday-Friday
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Compensation: 4,000 - 5,000 Net GEL
Number of vacancies: 1 

Position Description:

The Lead Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management of relationships with key clients and for sales growth. The position includes full management of the client portfolio — from identifying new opportunities to deepening long-term cooperation. This role is important for increasing company revenue and strengthening its market position.

Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the market and competitive environment to find new opportunities;

  • Managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients;

  • Analysing client needs and offering relevant solutions;

  • Managing contracts and commercial terms;

  • Identifying revenue growth and additional sales opportunities;

  • Monitoring client satisfaction and managing issues;

  • Preparing reports and status reports;

  • Supporting teams and participating in process improvement;

  • Optimising sales and helping partners in business development;

  • Implementing a client retention strategy.

Qualification requirements and required skills:

  • Higher education (Business Administration; Marketing or a relevant field);

  • High-level proficiency in English and Russian.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field;

  • Experience in team management;

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;

  • Strategic thinking and results orientation;

  • Ability to analyse problems and make decisions;

  • Ability to work with MS Office / CRM systems.
