Company "ILARIA" is looking for a Store Manager for a partner company, which is the official representative in Georgia of leading premium brands in the global fashion industry. 

Position: Store Manager
Location: Tbilisi, Rustavi
Work format: full-time
Work schedule: 5 days a week, in shifts (11:00-20:00; 13:00-22:00)
Salary: 2000 – 3500 GEL NET (depending on experience)
Monthly bonus system
Number of vacant positions: 3

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Managing the team and supervising/monitoring the work they perform;

• Ensuring the branch operates effectively and smoothly;

• Achieving set goals through effective employee management, supervision, and training;

• Systematic recording of inventory, control of cash registers and balances;

• Monitoring cleanliness and order in the store;

• Providing new employees with a detailed introduction to products;

• Analysing sales and implementing mechanisms for sales growth;

• Providing customers with qualified service and consultation in accordance with the store’s existing standards;

• Involvement in the store’s daily operations;

• Other relevant duties based on store management needs.

Experience, education, and skills:

• Experience working in a managerial position, preferably with premium brands and in retail sales (clothing/footwear/accessories);

• Interest in the fashion industry, knowledge of global fashion trends and luxury-class brands;

• Knowledge of current fashion trends, visual merchandising, and high service standards;

• Higher education in management, marketing, or communications;

• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team;

• Effective communication skills;

• Knowledge of English;

• Work experience with POS software (RetailPro) and knowledge of Microsoft programmes are desirable;

• Knowledge and ability to create SOPs for daily store operations.
