Company "ILARIA" is looking for a Director of the Marketing Department for partner companies – Bitanica and Fastoo.

"Bitanica" is a crypto exchange licensed by the National Bank of Georgia, offering users an electronic crypto wallet to manage their cryptocurrencies securely and use electronic crypto wallet products that are not available on other Georgian platforms.

Fastoo (New Payment System) is an innovative payment service provider delivering modern, secure, and efficient payment solutions for businesses in Georgia and Europe. The company’s goal is to offer merchants simple and technologically robust services.

Position: Director of the Marketing Department
Work format: Full-time/on-site
Work schedule: Monday–Friday
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 GEL (depending on qualifications)

Key responsibilities:

  1. Creating and managing the marketing strategy:
    • Developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy in line with business goals;
    • Conducting market research and trend analysis to ensure strategic decisions are made taking into account the specifics of the crypto market/payment systems;
    • Defining branding and positioning to increase company awareness and uniqueness.

  2. Digital marketing and customer acquisition:
    • Planning/developing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to increase website traffic;
    • Planning/developing Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Content Marketing campaigns (Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube)
    • Managing the Influencer Marketing strategy, ensuring engagement of influential figures in crypto and Web3 topics;
    • Participating in the development of Performance Marketing (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads) strategies and budget allocation;
    • Planning/developing Email and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) campaigns to increase customer loyalty and engagement.

  3. Managing partnerships and public relations:
    • Developing partnership programmes and affiliate marketing to attract new customers;
    • Developing a PR strategy in crypto and web media outlets to increase company awareness;
    • Preparing press releases, blogs, and articles to establish the company in the crypto space.

  4. Managing customer data and analytics:
    • Analysing customer behaviour to optimise the marketing strategy;
    • Using data platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau) to analyse customer flows and behaviours;
    • Analysing marketing campaign ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs for effective budget utilisation;

  5. Team management and collaboration with other departments:
    • Developing and motivating the marketing team to ensure high performance and innovative approaches;
    • Controlling execution and defining and monitoring team members’ KPIs;
    • Improving internal communication and establishing effective workflows within the marketing team;

Experience, education, and skills:
• Higher education in marketing or a related field;
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry;
• Experience working in marketing for start-ups, technology companies, and fast-growing businesses;
• Mandatory knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• Knowledge of computer programmes - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio; SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog); Performance Marketing Tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads); Social Media Management Tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, TweetDeck); Influencer Marketing Platforms (Heepsy, Upfluence, BuzzSumo); HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign;
• Strategic and creative thinking;
• Team management and team communication skills.
