Company "ILARIA" is seeking a Marketing Manager for a partner company.

 Position: Marketing Manager
Employment type: Full-time
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
Work location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, 12 Merab Aleksidze St.
Salary: 4,000 GEL (net) 

Purpose of the position:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the company’s marketing strategy, attracting customers, increasing brand awareness, and effectively managing digital channels, taking into account the specifics of the crypto industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation, and optimisation of the marketing strategy;

• Developing customer acquisition and retention strategies;

• Managing digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing);

• Community & Influencer Marketing in the crypto and Web3 space;

• Planning and budgeting Performance Marketing campaigns;

• Developing PR and partnership relationships;

• Analysing marketing KPIs and ROI, regular reporting;

• Managing the marketing team and close collaboration with internal departments.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in marketing, business, management, or a related field;

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in a managerial position);

• Experience in a crypto, FinTech, or technology company is desirable;

• Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM);

• Knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.);

• Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
