Position: Marketing and Customer Research Manager
Work format: full-time, on-site
Work schedule: Monday–Friday
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Salary: 8,000 GEL (Net)

Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional in marketing research who will lead both market and customer research during the process of launching new products into markets. The position includes both conducting research independently and managing research agencies and communication with partners.
Key functions and responsibilities:
Conducting and organising qualitative and quantitative research — both in the area of market analysis (Usage & Attitude studies, customer segmentation) and in the area of customer experience (in-depth interviews);
Active collaboration with business developers, product owners, and product teams to support the achievement of business goals and KPIs;
Ensuring cross-functional collaboration with product owners, marketing researchers, analysts, and business development teams;
Generating recommendations for product adaptation when entering new markets;
Improving customer experience through collaboration with product and business teams;
Identifying product growth opportunities across different markets.
Qualification requirements and necessary skills:
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and marketing research is required;
High-level proficiency in English and Russian is required;
Experience working in e-commerce is desirable;
Strong market and customer analytics skills;
Experience in managing budgets for marketing projects;
Ability to work independently, initiative, and a high level of responsibility;
Detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical thinking;
Knowledge of modern marketing trends and tools.
