Company "ILARIA" is looking for Monitoring Specialists in Tbilisi and Batumi for our partner company, which operates in the retail clothing sector. 

Position: Monitoring Specialist
Work location: Tbilisi; Batumi
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00 or 13:00 – 23:00, 2 days off per week (except Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Salary: 1,600 GEL net

Job description:

• Close communication and engagement with store staff regarding loss, damage, and security issues;

• Monitoring activities to detect suspicious behaviour or potential threats;

• Ensuring proper functioning of cameras;

• Identifying theft or security threats;

• Storing and retrieving video surveillance recordings for investigative purposes;

• Working in accordance with the company’s data protection policy and applicable legislation;

• Providing support in investigations, including communication with external agencies and attendance at court proceedings when necessary;

• Submitting detailed reports and video evidence to support cases of theft, fraud, or security incidents;

• Identifying theft cases and taking appropriate action;

• Developing initiatives for the prevention and detection of theft and fraud;

• Monitoring the proper operation of stores’ CCTV systems, Sensomatic system, and all related equipment, and coordinating with technical teams for maintenance;

• Performing other tasks assigned by the manager related to loss prevention objectives.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a relevant position, including experience in video surveillance monitoring;

• Ability to focus on details;

• Problem-solving skills.
