Company "ILARIA" is looking for an International Procurement Manager for a partner company.
Position: International Procurement Manager
Work format: full-time, on-site
Work schedule: 5 days a week
Working hours: 09:30 – 18:00

Position description:
The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, liaising with international suppliers, coordinating logistics processes, and effective planning.
Main functions and responsibilities:
Development of the procurement plan and execution of international procurement:
Systematic receipt and processing of procurement requests;
Coordinated cooperation with the company’s relevant departments to identify procurement needs;
Participation in the development and approval of annual and quarterly procurement plans to ensure efficiency;
In accordance with the technical assignment, sourcing, receiving, and analysing commercial offers;
Organising the tender process in compliance with internal procedures and identifying the winning supplier;
Ensuring electronic approval of the winning commercial offer with management;
Placing orders with the supplier and managing communication at all stages of the procurement process;
Where necessary, initiating the contract signing process in coordination with the legal department;
Checking the accuracy of contractual terms and compliance with pre-agreed conditions;
Providing the electronic version of the contract to the supplier for confirmation and signature;
Cooperating with the logistics department to ensure timely and uninterrupted cargo transportation;
Coordinating with customs agents and providing documentation required for customs clearance;
Participating in inventory management and stock control processes;
Monitoring the alignment of the procurement plan with current stock levels;
Responding in cases where the supplier breaches contract terms and informing relevant internal structures;
Managing the full procurement cycle (end-to-end) — from request to delivery;
Analysing and optimising terms offered by existing suppliers;
Sourcing and evaluating new international suppliers;
Continuous updating and management of the supplier database;
Market research and price analysis;
Initiating improvements in financial and operational efficiency;
Data analysis and reporting to management.
Quality and compliance
Communication with suppliers regarding defective products or documentation issues;
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of procurement-related documentation;
Compliance with internal procedures and international standards.
Qualification requirements
Higher education in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field;
At least 3 years of experience in international procurement;
High-level proficiency in English and Russian is required;
Experience working in the manufacturing or industrial sector will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of international trade and procurement terms.

Knowledge of ERP systems and office software; experience working in 1C is desirable;
