The company "ILARIA" is looking for a "Fashion Consultant" for its partner company "MAVA", which is the official representative of the world's leading, premium fashion brands in Georgia. 

Position: "Fashion Consultant"

Location: Tbilisi, Galleria Tbilisi / Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue, Vake

Employment type: Full-time, 5 days a week 

Working hours: 10:00-19:00; 13:00-22:00 / 11:00-20:00; 12:00-21:00

Key Roles and Responsibilities:​ 

• Managing shop staff;

• Ensuring efficient and smooth operation of the branch; 

• Supervising/controlling the work performed by the staff; 

• Achieving targets through proper team management and employee development. 

• Systematic inventory control of goods and materials; 

• Controlling cleanliness and order in the shop; 

• Providing new employees with a detailed introduction to the products; 

• Sales analysis and implementation of sales growth mechanisms; 

• Controlling the cash register, stock, and balances; 

• Providing qualified service and consultation to customers according to the standards established in the shop; 

• Involvement in the daily operation of the shop; 

• Other relevant duties as may be required by the company. 

Experience, Education and Skills:

• Premium brands, retail sales (clothing/footwear/accessories) - at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;  

• Interest in the fashion industry, good knowledge of global fashion trends and luxury brands, sense of style and colour, creativity and good vision; 

• Knowledge of current fashion trends, visual merchandising, and high standards of service; 

• Higher education in management, marketing, or communications; 

• Leadership skills, team management; 

• Strong communication skills and high proficiency in the English language;

• Ability to create necessary reports in POS software (RetailPro) or a similar Microsoft suite;

• Knowledge and ability to create SOPs for daily shop operations.
